Most recently served as Director of Product Design at RBC Capital Markets, one of Canada’s largest investment banks. My work is driven by a design thinking approach that blends innovative strategy, user-centred design, and cross-functional collaboration to solve complex product challenges.
While holding senior leadership roles, I remain deeply hands-on—providing strategic clarity, driving alignment, and delivering UX outputs from research and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and design systems. I operate seamlessly with distributed teams across time zones and am fully equipped for remote or onsite delivery, with full flexibility to travel for collaboration, key meetings, and workshops when required
